Strung with hundreds of tiny seed beads, this work of art took a great deal of time and effort to complete. Strung with a myriad of colored beads, this unique medicine bag, which was used by the plains Indians for generations, would have contained the most important items that had great meaning & magic to the owner. Although the real thing was larger than this miniature, this bag can be opened with the latch on the front and is big enough to hold some tiny object precious to the new wearer.
Pouch measures 2-1/16th" length x 1-1/4" width, without the tassels. The strand of beads it hangs from is 13-1/2" long.
