Directions

Location. Location. Location. Our horses know how true that saying is, and if you're planning a visit, here's how to find the location that has become home to America's luckiest wild horses.

Once you arrive in Hot Springs, SD follow these directions:

  • Head South on SD 71 (also called Cascade Road) for approx. 11 miles

  • When you cross the Cheyenne River, turn right on County Road 71D (also called Rocky Ford Road)

  • Turn Right on Highland Road

PLEASE NOTE:

Once you leave SD 71, you will be driving on a gravel road. Proceed with care and drive slowly. Note that horses and other animals have the right of way.  Once you come to the green gate, the road becomes one lane.
